BAKG 13043 - Baking II Credit Hours: 3
In this course, students rotate through stations and experience mass pastry production for various outlets in the school, including restaurant dessert production, catering, and patisserie. Bakeshop organization and recipe costing are also emphasized. BAKG 13013 and BAKG 13023 with a grade of “C” or better or instructor permission.
