Program Learning Outcomes - In addition to achieving the institutional learning outcomes, medical office technology program graduates will be able to:

  • Establish patient relations
  • Demonstrate relevant knowledge of computer concepts and applicable software
  • Utilize a medical office filing system
  • Operate electronic computing and patient scheduling systems in an outpatient facility
