CULA 02203 - Introduction to Food Production

Credit Hours: 3

The Introduction to Food Production course introduces students to the basics of cooking and preparing food on their own. This course expands on the knowledge acquired through the Foundations of Culinary Arts course. Through fun and interactive activities, students will further their knowledge of food safety, cooking techniques, and the importance of balanced diets and high quality ingredients. This course encourages creativity and teamwork.
