Program Overview
The Certificate of Proficiency in Pre-Healthcare Studies is designed to provide foundational education for the first semester of coursework, students must have for various nursing and allied health programs. Completion of this certificate does not indicate that all general education courses have been completed for application or progression in various programs. Please see an advisor to ensure you select courses that will meet the requirements of the various programs.
ACTS Course Numbers
The Arkansas Course Transfer System (ACTS) contains information about the transferability of courses within Arkansas public colleges and universities. Students are guaranteed the transfer of applicable credits and equitable treatment in the application of credits for admissions and degree requirements. Degree Requirements
-This degree requires successful completion of 13 credit hours.
-A minimum 2.00 cumulative grade-point average required for graduation.
-Satisfaction of all financial obligations due to the college is required for graduation.
Please note: additional prerequisite courses may be required if minimum placement test scores are not met.
