The Certificate of Proficiency in Basic Pastry Techniques provides basic sanitation and skills training to prepare students for entry level employment in the foodservice industry in relation to basic pastry techniques. Graduates of the program will be able to demonstrate proper sanitation skills, baking skills and an emphasis on pastry techniques.
