The Certificate of Proficiency in Food Purchasing & Inventory provides basic sanitation and skills training to prepare them for entry-level employment in the foodservice industry in relation to purchasing and inventory. Graduates of the program will be able to demonstrate proper sanitation skills, purchasing and inventory procedures and basic math skills related to purchasing and inventory.
