DIEL 13062 - Electrical Systems and Advanced Diesel Diagnostics

Credit Hours: 3

This course teaches basic electricity, magnetism, and circuitry as they pertain to diesel equipment. The course covers batteries, charging, starting, and accessory circuits with emphasis on testing, maintenance, and repair. The electronic systems of Peek, Pace and D-Deck II are studied. Safety and special tools are emphasized.
