CRTE 14106 - Painting I

Credit Hours: 6

This course teaches skills and technical knowledge in the preparation of substrates for paint, use, and maintenance of spray-painting equipment, mixing and spraying of automotive finishes and identification of materials commonly used. It also includes instruction in spraying techniques and the application of corrosion prevention materials. Soft Skills such as communication, interviewing, professionalism is encouraged and demonstrated. Safety is emphasized.
