BAKG 23033 - Advanced Wedding Cake Production


Credit Hours: 3

This course engages the student in advanced, handmade production of roll fondant, gum paste decorating and pastillage, marzipan, isomalt and pipe techniques. Successful completion of this course will provide the student with necessary skills to acquire and excel in a job as an advanced wedding cake baker/decorator.
